"During my time as vice principal at Morley College, Kat Huxtable fundamentally altered aspects of the College’s public image as the provider of 1,500 courses for adults. In particular the Course Guide, the single most important marketing tool used by the College, was transformed from a fairly dull directory into a visually satisfying document which projected a distinctive image of the College: diverse and inclusive, supportive but challenging.

Her work on the Guide affected all College publications, producing a consistency in the imagery, style and messages disseminated by the College whether electronically or through paper-based publications. Underpinning Kat’s vision of the College’s image, was a meticulous attention to detail on every aspect of marketing.
